We’re looking for a proactive and organised HR Administrator to join a supportive HR team at a well-established business in Hatfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong admin background who’s passionate about people, wellbeing, and creating a great employee experience. Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll take ownership of key administrative tasks that support the smooth running of the HR function – freeing up the manager to focus on strategy and advisory work. What You’ll Be Doing Managing HR administration across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, contracts, leavers) Maintaining accurate records Coordinating performance reviews, training, and appraisals Supporting wellbeing and employee engagement programmes Assisting with internal communications and HR reporting Ensuring HR policies and procedures are kept up to date What We’re Looking For Previous experience in an administrative role (HR experience ideal but not essential) Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks Strong communication and interpersonal skills A genuine interest in HR, employee wellbeing, and company culture Comfortable using Microsoft Office and HR systems Why Join?
