Sales Executive
Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 basic + OTE
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join a busy and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who thrives in a target-driven environment and is looking to build a long-term career in sales.
The Role
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in building strong client connections and supporting business expansion.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, and referrals
*
Manage inbound sales enquiries and convert leads into confirmed business
*
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
*
Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotations
*
Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve monthly and annual targets
*
Maintain accurate records on CRM systems
*
Attend meetings, site visits, or client presentations as required
*
Collaborate with operations and management teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Skills & Experience Required
*
Previous experience in a sales role (B2B preferred but not essential)
*
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
*
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
*
Self-motivated and driven to succeed
*
Confident, professional, and persuasive manner
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
