This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious HR professional to step into a pivotal role, supporting schools across the Trust with strategic and operational HR expertise. This temp-to-perm opportunity offers the successful candidate the chance to establish themselves within a forward-thinking education trust, with the view to transition into a permanent position. Key Responsibilities * Lead on HR data reporting including gender pay gap, apprenticeship, and EDI metrics. * Manage employee relations casework across the Trust (disciplinary, grievance, and capability). * Provide expert HR advice and support to school leaders and HR colleagues on complex matters. * Partner with school-based HR administrators and the central payroll team to ensure smooth operations. * Act as Deputy to the Executive Head of HR, taking a lead role in their absence.
