The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in HR and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment., working out of our headquarters in Chorley. Reporting directly to the Group People Manager, our ideal candidate must be self-motivated with an eye for detail with a willingness to learn and have a strong teamworking ethic. Our ideal candidate requirements: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings. Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all required paperwork is completed. Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures. Provide support to employees on HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures. Assist in organising employee events, training sessions, and other HR initiatives. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. Please note that experience would be desirable however it is not essential – full training will be given.
