Site Manager - Bristol

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Site Manager to lead a fast‑track 6‑week CAT B fit‑out project in Bristol city centre, with a project value of approximately £500k. The successful candidate will be the main on‑site focal point and will be responsible for ensuring the project is delivered on time, to the highest quality standards, while maintaining safety and compliance regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the main focal point for the client and associated stakeholders on a daily basis.
* Ensure high standards of health & safety on site and quality control.
* Take ownership of the programme and adapt to any design changes.
* Manage digital paperwork and produce reports both upstream and downstream.
* Request permits and plan logistical requirements.
* Motivate people to perform daily tasks and coordinate a logical sequence of events on site.
* Interpret drawings and offer solutions to any design issues on site.
* Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, MS Project, and Procore.
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience with office fit‑out projects as a Site Manager on projects of £1 m or more.
* Strong knowledge of fit‑out processes, materials, and subcontractor management.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
* Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or a related field.
* SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall and Asbestos Awareness certifications.
