The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations, with a focus on employee relations, compliance, and line manager support. The organisation is open to both full-time and part-time working arrangements.Responsibilities of the Role:* Lead on a wide range of employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management.* Provide professional HR advice to managers in line with employment law and best practice.* Coach line managers on handling people issues confidently and fairly.* Support policy reviews and ensure compliance with legislative updates.* Maintain accurate documentation and liaise with legal advisors where necessary.To be successful in the role you will have:* Strong HR generalist background with a focus on employee relations.* Proven experience managing complex ER cases from end to end.* Excellent working knowledge of UK employment law.* CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent experience).* Confident in advising senior stakeholders and navigating sensitive conversations.* Experience within the charity or not-for-profit sector is desirable.Next StepsThis is a 2-3 month contract with likely extension, offering £350-£450 per day (Inside IR35).
