We have a great opportunity for a Software Sales Executive to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation offering excellent benefits, including remote working.
In this challenging Software Sales Executive position, you will take ownership of developing and delivering strategic sales plans that align with the companys growth targets. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities to drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling, while acting as a trusted partner and advisor. Leading impactful sales presentations, managing complex negotiations, and closing high-value deals will be a core part of your role, alongside gathering and analysing market intelligence to inform ongoing strategy.
As a key member of the team, you will work closely with colleagues across marketing and product development to ensure a joined-up approach to client engagement and service delivery. As a Software Sales Executive will also mentor junior sales colleagues, providing expert guidance and helping to develop the next generation of sales talent. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will be responsible for communicating sales performance and forecasts, as well as sharing market feedback and insights.
To be successful in this Software Sales Executive role, you will need a minimum of ten years experience in a sales-based role, ideally with a strong understanding of IT, technology and software solutions. You will be commercially astute, confident in managing high-value relationships, and have a deep understanding of sales methodologies and customer engagement best practice. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team.
In return, this role offers a highly competitive salary with an OTE of up to £150,000 based on KPIs, alongside remote working with a requirement to attend the Farnborough office two days a month.
