Main Responsibilities Prepare and cook stadium catering menu items quickly and consistently during matchday and event service Operate kitchen and catering equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, fryers, ovens, and hot holding units Ensure food is prepared and presented in line with venue quality and portion standards Maintain high levels of speed and accuracy during busy service periods Support food preparation tasks, including ingredient prep, stock organisation, and replenishment Monitor food temperatures and ensure all food safety and hygiene procedures are followed at all times Keep kiosk kitchen areas, cooking stations, and equipment clean, organised, and well maintained Work closely with kiosk front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and efficient customer service Assist with stock rotation and minimise food waste in line with catering procedures Follow allergen, health & safety, and stadium operational guidelines at all times Communicate stock shortages or equipment issues promptly to supervisors or kitchen management Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and equipment checks Adapt quickly to high-volume service demands and changing matchday requirements Maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced stadium catering environment Support the wider catering team to deliver an efficient and positive matchday experience for guests and supporters Ideal Candidate Previous experience in a kitchen, fast food, catering, or stadium/event catering environment essential Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment Passion for delivering quality food and excellent customer service Good understanding of food hygiene, allergen awareness, and health & safety procedures Comfortable operating kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and hot holding units Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, matchdays, and large-scale events Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to support both kitchen and front-of-house colleagues Able to remain calm and organised under pressure during busy matchday periods Good attention to detail to ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors and kitchen management Positive attitude with a proactive and hardworking approach Professional and dependable with a strong work ethic
