The role is working for a Tier One contractor who take on various special works projects, from conversions and refubishment works to upgrades and regeneration projects. Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the site team to ensure successful project delivery
2. Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making

4. Oversee all aspects of site operations, adhering to safety and quality standards
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
Requirements:
6. Proven experience as a Site Manager, with a track record in small works commercial projects
7. Highest commitment to safety and quality standards
8. Managers CSCS card and SMSTS
