The Role You will oversee the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring the school maintains its reputation as an employer of choice in the region. Start Date: ASAP (Full-time, Permanent) Key responsibilities include: Policy Modernisation: Regularly reviewing the staff handbook and policies to reflect changes in UK employment law and ISI inspection requirements. Onboarding & Induction: Designing bespoke induction programmes that reflect the unique culture and traditions of the school. Payroll Liaison: Working closely with the Finance Bursar to ensure accurate data for monthly payroll and pension contributions. Conflict Resolution: Acting as a neutral mediator to resolve internal staff queries and maintain a harmonious working environment. Salary Range: £36,000 – £49,500 (Regional Scale)
