With over 40 years of excellence in manufacturing and a dedicated workforce of approximately 400 employees, our client is at the forefront of quality, innovation, and sustainability in the building products sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a dynamic and fast-paced industrial environment, supporting the company's HR operations and employee engagement initiatives. The Role Reporting directly to the HR Manager, the Senior HR Administrator will be a key player in supporting the day-to-day HR function. From payroll to recruitment and compliance, you'll help deliver best-in-class HR practices that foster a productive and positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Attendance & Absence Management - Monitor attendance records and support line managers in managing absenteeism proactively. Engagement & Wellbeing - Drive engagement programmes and support wellbeing and inclusion initiatives. HR Administration - Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and support payroll processes as needed. Compliance & Policy - Ensure legal compliance and support policy updates. Performance Management - Assist with appraisals and support performance improvement initiatives. Recruitment & Onboarding - Manage recruitment lifecycle for various roles, ensuring a professional and efficient candidate experience. Training & Development - Coordinate internal and external training to support workforce development. What We're Looking For CIPD Level 3 qualified (or working towards) Proven experience in a similar HR role, ideally in manufacturing or a comparable sector Sound knowledge of NI employment legislation Strong administrative and organisational skills Confident in handling employee relations and providing HR advice to management Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Why Apply?
