One of my local government clients is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join their HR team on a short-term basis. Based at the council’s offices in Coalville, this role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with regular attendance at the office required. About the Role: You’ll play a key part in delivering effective administrative support to the HR team, including Senior HR Advisors. The role is varied and fast-paced, supporting the council’s recruitment and training functions. Key Responsibilities: * Provide administrative support across recruitment and training processes * Maintain and update records using bespoke HR software systems * Support with documentation, data entry, and coordination tasks * Liaise with internal teams and external partners as required * Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all HR processes About You: * Previous experience in an HR admin or support role * Comfortable working with HR software and Microsoft Office * Strong attention to detail and organisational skills * Experience in a local authority or public sector setting (desirable) * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines If interested in this role please send your CV to Lee-Jaun at Coyle Personnel Ltd
