Based In South London (Mitcham)
Salary: £25k circa + Commission (negotiable for the right person) + Benefits + Bonus and Incentives
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm

My client, a manufacturing company, is looking for a B2B product salesperson (not services) to join their team during a period of significant growth post-pandemic. They have an established list of leads, warm data, and an in-house marketing team to support campaigns, providing a sales support structure to focus on generating new business.
Job role:
* Creating sales opportunities through prospecting calls and emails, managing inbound leads, and providing analytics on CRM system activities.
* Using CRM sales lists to generate opportunities, logging progress, and following up on projects.
* Understanding client roles, needs, project timelines, and drivers to convert sales opportunities into orders.
* Sharing key findings from calls with internal teams to refine communication strategies and liaising with external teams.
* Coordinating with directors for site meetings, either jointly or individually.
* Taking ownership of the sales process and continuously improving it.
Candidate requirements:
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to engage with prospective customers via telephone and email, maintaining relationships across industries.
* Previous sales or lighting experience is preferred but not essential.
* Adaptability to client and project requirements and willingness to support internal teams.
