Key responsibilities
* Supporting the development and enhancement of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
* Understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
* Assisting with the planning and delivery of CRM implementations and upgrades
* Managing and maintaining Dynamics 365 environments and solutions
* Developing Power Platform applications including Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and Power Automate workflows
* Working with Dataverse and integrating external systems where required
* Supporting system performance optimisation and troubleshooting activities
* Contributing to integrations involving cloud technologies and modern data solutions
* Providing regular progress updates and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in delivering high-quality Microsoft solutions.
* Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
* Commercial experience delivering Dynamics 365 implementations or enhancements
* Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 customisation and configuration
* Experience developing solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform
* Knowledge of:
o Power Apps
o Power Automate
o Dataverse
o SharePoint integrations
* Hands‑on experience with CRM extensions and custom development
* Understanding of web technologies including:
o HTML
o CSS
o JSON/XML
o SQL
* Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services
* Experience using source control/version management tools
