Lookers Canterbury Mercedes-Benz is recruiting an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our friendly, on-site team. You will work alongside our passionate Sales team to provide first-class customer service.
As part of our dedicated sales team, consisting of Sales Executives, you will be a team player with excellent communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers. Join one of the top automotive retailers in the UK and report to Richard Gravell (General Sales Manager), who will support your professional growth and skill development.
Our Sales Executives serve as key points of contact, paying close attention to detail to understand customer needs and preferences.
Responsibilities
1. Communicating with customers via email, telephone, and in person
2. Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs
3. Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
4. Negotiating final sale prices
5. Completing all necessary paperwork for each sale
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and passionate about their work. You should be target-driven, ambitious, and hardworking.
Previous experience in a similar role within the motor trade is preferred but not essential; we welcome new and fresh talent. A full UK driving license is required, as you may need to drive some of the most prestigious vans on the market.
