HR Administrator – 3-Month Temporary Contract
Location: Maple Cross
Rate: £17.95 – £18.46 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, On-Site
Sector: Rail Industry
Agency: GTS Transportation (on behalf of our client)

GTS Transportation is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our client’s team on a 3-month temporary contract within the rail sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with strong HR administrative skills to provide critical support in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Details:
Contract Type: Temporary (3 months)
Location: On-site in Maple Cross – daily commute required
Pay Rate: £17.95 – £18.46 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday Role Overview: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR department, ensuring smooth and compliant HR processes. This includes maintaining records, supporting recruitment administration, and responding to general HR queries.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records and databases
Assist with recruitment processes, onboarding, and induction administration
Support HR compliance and documentation procedures
Coordinate with internal departments on HR-related matters
Handle general HR correspondence and enquiries
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all administrative tasks Requirements:
Previous experience in an HR administrative role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Available to work on-site Monday to Friday throughout the 3-month contract This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a well-established organisation within the rail industry.
