VANRATH are assisting a leading organisation in the recruitment of an experienced HR Officer for a temporary contract based in Craigavon.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional to join a busy and supportive HR team, providing operational HR support across a wide range of employee relations and people management activities.
The Role
The HR Officer will support managers and employees across a broad range of HR functions, ensuring best practice and compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
Key duties will include:
* Providing first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and staff
* Supporting employee relations casework including absence management, disciplinary and grievance matters
* Assisting with recruitment and selection processes
* Supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle administration
* Ensuring HR records and systems are maintained accurately
* Assisting with policy implementation and HR projects
* Producing HR reports and management information
* Supporting compliance with employment legislation and organisational procedures
About You
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
* Previous experience working within a HR function
* Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
A CIPD qualification, or progress towards CIPD, would be advantageous.
