Role: Site Manager
Location: Bristol Area
Salary: Up to £80,000 + Car + Full Package
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a growing construction team operating across the Bristol region. This is a site‑based role, taking ownership of day‑to‑day operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate daily on‑site activities
* Manage subcontractors and site teams to ensure smooth delivery
* Track progress against programme and key milestones
* Maintain strict compliance with health & safety legislation
* Conduct regular site inspections and uphold quality standards
* Oversee site logistics, materials, and resource planning
* Build strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the wider project team
* Identify and resolve on‑site issues proactively
Health, Safety & Compliance
* Champion a positive safety culture across the site
* Review and manage RAMS, inductions, and workforce compliance
* Carry out site audits, inspections, and incident investigations
* Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction sector
* Strong understanding of construction processes and site operations
* Confident leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
* Excellent organisation, communication, and time‑management abilities
* A proactive approach to problem‑solving and attention to detail
Qualifications
* SMSTS – Essential
* CSCS Card – Preferred
* Relevant construction qualifications – Advantageous
* Experience in Living Space, Retail, or Commercial projects – Beneficial
