We’re looking for an Administrator to support our wider Talent Acquisition function. You’ll help keep our processes running smoothly, ensure clear communication, and make sure candidates feel supported every step of the way.
Hybrid working between Ansty, Coventry (CV7 9JU) & Home - approx 2 days per week in office. Full or Part time hours considered
Why you’ll love this role As an Administrator in the Talent Acquisition team, you’ll play a key role in creating a smooth, positive recruitment experience for candidates and hiring teams. You’ll support activity across the full recruitment lifecycle: helping advertise roles, preparing event materials and providing day‑to‑day administrative support to our Talent Acquisition Advisors.
It’s a fantastic opportunity to build experience across HR, recruitment, talent attraction and employer branding in a supportive, people‑focused environment.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Creating great candidate experiences
Provide timely, warm and professional communication
Help ensure every candidate has a smooth and positive journey with us
2. Supporting talent attraction & events
Assist with advertising vacancies across social media and job boards
Assist with planning and supporting careers fairs and job events (including travel when required)
3. Providing wider recruitment support
Support early careers campaigns and intakes
Keep talent pool records up to date in our ATS
Carry out recruitment administration and research tasks
Support Talent Acquisition Advisors across the recruitment process
Help with pre‑employment checks and new starter documentation What you’ll bring We’re not expecting you to be an HR or recruitment expert. We’re looking for someone with great attention to detail, people‑focused energy and solid customer‑service skills. We’ll help you build the knowledge and confidence you need.
Experience we’d love
Administration and/or customer service experience
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a busy environment

Confident written and verbal communication
