Over the Easter period, numbers will be approx 6-8 adults, over the summer numbers will vary but the villa can sleep up to 12 with occasional local visitors coming for meals, so it can go up to 14/16 on occasions.

A good range and variety of dishes are required and the cook/chef must also be happy to cook in line with the clients requests/tastes when asked such as following a specific recipe they enjoy, otherwise they are quite open to hearing options on what the cook can suggest. It is essential the cook is able to (and enjoys) use the fresh local produce and has to shop daily for all the fresh things like bread etc.
A nice, quiet friendly and professional personality is preferred. This is a job for a professional career private cook/chef, not for someone wanting to go out partying! Must be sensible.
You will be given one day off a week in the summer, the day will vary depending on what is happening each week. The Easter stint you will work every day. The family arrive at Easter on 3rd April, so 2nd is a set up/prep/shopping day with the client.
