Rate: £28.60 – £31.00 per hour
About the Role
Our client is looking for Temporary HR Managers to support a major business-wide change project. This isn’t a standard HR Manager role – you’ll be guiding employees and managers through consultations during a period of restructuring.
Responsibilities
* Support line managers with consultation meetings
* Guide on role changes & redundancy processes
* Handle employee queries & FAQs
* Manage notes, spreadsheets & admin
* Schedule follow-ups & keep records accurate
* Manage sensitive conversations with empathy
Experience Needed
* Strong knowledge of redundancy processes
* Proven consultation meeting experience
* Excellent organisational & admin skills
* Detail-focused, adaptable & empathetic communicator
