About the Role We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor or Site Manager with a strong background in double glazing, windows, and doors installation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has worked as a Senior Window Fitter, Fenestration Surveyor, or Installation Manager and is ready to step into a new and developing sector with flood defence systems and windows and doors. Key Responsibilities * The site manager will coordinate with installation teams on-site, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards. * Oversee health & safety compliance and quality control across all installations. * Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth project delivery. * The site manager will conduct site surveys where required and provide technical support ans assistance. * Manage schedules, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
