In addition to delivering you great earnings potential (£45,000 OTE) with a company car we will also deliver you a true work-life balance.
You will work a 40-hour work week (five 8 hours hour shifts per week) and whilst you will be in most Saturdays (our busiest sales day) you will have a guaranteed day off during the week.
We are closed on Sundays so you can sit back and relax on this day every week without fail.
As part of our team, you’ll represent a prestigious automotive brand known for quality and innovation, offering customers a premium experience every step of the way. You’ll receive full training and a thorough onboarding program to help you succeed and maximize your earning potential. As a Sales colleague, you'll guide customers through a seamless and enjoyable car buying experience, from the first point of contact to the final handshake and Beyond, you'll be responsible for organizing and guiding the customer through the entire buying journey.

Requirements
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Commitment and demonstrable exceptional customer service
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
* Full UK driver's licence (Manual and Automatic)
