Role Description
As our Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy. Your role will involve:
* Pursuing New Business: Seek out and engage potential clients with relentless energy. You’ll be actively hunting for new opportunities, generating leads and pursuing them to secure new business.
* Crafting Impactful Presentations: Deliver persuasive, compelling sales presentations to showcase our innovative and sustainable linen rental solutions.
* Driving Sales Growth: Achieve and surpass ambitious sales goals by winning new contracts and expanding our market presence.
* Cultivating Relationships: Forge and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
* Staying Ahead of the Curve: Stay updated on industry trends and continuously expand your product knowledge to maintain your role as a trusted advisor.
* Preparing sales reports and collaborating with the Sales Director to refine strategies for business growth.
Qualifications
* Strong Sales and Negotiation skills, including the ability to prospect and close deals effectively.
* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills, enabling the development of positive relationships with clients and team members.
* Proven ability to perform Market Research and identify new business opportunities.
* Organisational and Time Management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
* Experience or familiarity within the laundry and/ or hospitality is preferred but not essential.
* Comfortable using CRM software and adept with basic computer skills for report preparation and tracking activities.
* Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for sales meetings as needed.
* Self-motivated and goal oriented mindset, with a passion for customer satisfaction and business development.
