Venn Group is currently recruiting for a Caretaker on behalf of a housing association in the Caernarfon and surroundingarea. This role involves void clearances, post-void cleaning, minor repairs, and general maintenance to ensure properties are clean, safe, and ready for new tenants.
Duties:
* Carry out void clearances and post-void deep cleans
* Perform general cleaning of communal areas and properties
* Complete minor repairs and basic handyman tasks
* Clean and treat areas affected by damp and mould
* Report any maintenance issues that require further attention
Essential Requirements:
* Previous experience in a caretaking, handyman, or cleaning role
* Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
