Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership: Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, develop and implement HR initiatives, and advise on talent management and organisational development.
* Employee Relations & Performance Management: Lead employee relations cases, advise on performance strategies, and support engagement programs.
* Talent Acquisition & Succession Planning: Oversee recruitment for critical roles, manage talent pipelines, and guide leadership development.
* Learning & Development: Develop L&D strategies, champion leadership programs, and evaluate training effectiveness.
* HR Systems & Processes: Optimize HR systems, implement metrics, and ensure system accuracy.
* Policy Development & Compliance: Lead policy development, ensure legal compliance, and oversee HR operations.
* Change Management: Lead organisational change initiatives, manage culture change, and coach leadership.
* People Development & Coaching: Mentor HR team members, provide leadership coaching, and review team performance.
* Employee Benefits & Wellness: Oversee benefits programs, design recognition initiatives, and promote employee wellbeing.

Person Specification:
Qualifications: CIPD Level 7 or equivalent with proven HR leadership experience.
Experience: Strategic HR leadership in dynamic environments, employee relations, performance management, change management, talent acquisition, and data analytics proficiency (e.g., Sage HR). Strong leadership, strategic influence, communication skills, and a passion for leadership development and continuous improvement are essential.
