The Role – What You’ll Do
• Manage all HR functions including recruitment, induction, and employee lifecycle.
• Lead ER processes, investigations, and performance management.
• Maintain HR systems, data, compliance, and reporting.
• Support SLT with strategic people planning and policy development.
• Ensure adherence to safeguarding requirements and safer recruitment.
• Build strong working relationships with staff across departments.
Person Specification
• CIPD-qualified (Level 5 or above).
• Experience in HR leadership roles.
• Knowledge of employment law and school compliance.
• High levels of professionalism, organisation, and discretion.
