We require a motivated and seasoned sales representative in our team.

The Role – Sales Executive
The role is focused on driving sales through inbound and outbound phone calls and emails while maintaining an authentic and down to earth, knowledgeable approach.
Successful candidates will be able to find new markets and customers through a inquiring mindset and build strong relationships using capable social skills.
This role focuses on converting warm enquiries, nurturing leads, and supporting customers through every stage of their buying journey.
You must be a quick learner and be someone who is willing to ‘Muck in’ to help the team.
The role contributes directly to the company’s growth by maximising sales opportunities and representing Kedel’s values.
From time to time, the position may involve representing the brand and engaging with customers in person.
Key Responsibilities of the Role
* Handle inbound and outbound telesales enquiries via phone and email
* Convert warm leads from the website, email, and marketing campaigns into confirmed sales
* Provide customers with confident and authentic advice matching their needs to the right products to suit their needs.
* Follow up with customers who have interacted with Kedel Limited but have not purchased
* Log and manage all customer interactions through our system to ensure consistent communication and visibility
* Work closely with the dispatch and technical teams to ensure customer expectations around delivery timelines are managed
* Promote positive post-sale engagement, including Feefo reviews and follow-up communications to encourage referrals
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the full Kedel product range (don’t worry we will train you)
Qualifications and Skills
* Motivated, enthusiastic, positive attitude
* Confident dealing with customers
* The ability to build great customer relationships.
* A good telephone manner, excellent communication, and interpersonal skill.
* Computer literate.
* Previous sales experience within a timber or builder’s merchant environment is advantageous but not essential
