Interim Reward Manager, North West/Hybrid, c£75,000 plus excellent benefits – 9 month fixed term contract.
Our client, a rapidly growing, global organisation with an enviable reputation for excellence, are going through an exciting period of growth and as a result require an Interim Reward Manager to join their team for a period of 6 – 9 months.
As Interim Reward Manager you will report into the Head of Reward and be responsible for helping to shape, develop and roll out a cohesive compensation and reward strategy across the business. Acting as a true strategic partner, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of all reward activity, working closely with the Head of Reward to implement a Reward strategy that engages and facilitates a wide range of employees across the group. You will work closely with and build relationships with senior leaders and be responsible for coaching and supporting on all Reward activity including salary benchmarking and pay reviews, whilst analysing external market information to ensure the organisations reward schemes are in-line with market trends and fit for purpose.
An experienced and credible Reward Professional, you are curious about how things are done and will have the courage to challenge ways of working and continually seek improvements across all Reward processes. You will have the ability to build strong collaborative relationships easily at all levels and you thrive in a fast paced, commercial matrix organisation that is ever changing.
