About Our Client
This client is a large organisation in the Manufacturing and Production industry who have a strong presence in the Leicester area. This is a medium team looking for a HR Administrator who can start work straight away and is able to commute to LE4.
Job Description
* Managing and organising HR-related documents and employee records.
* Assisting with recruitment processes, including arranging interviews and liaising with candidates.
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* Supporting the HR department in implementing HR policies and procedures.
* Coordinating training and development activities for staff.
* Managing HR-related queries from employees and management.
* Assisting with the preparation of HR reports.
* Supporting the HR team in any additional duties as required.
The Successful Applicant
* Strong organisational and administrative skills.
* Experience in HR department of Manufacturing and Production industry
* Immediately available
* Able to commute to LE4
* Experience as a HR Administrator
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
* The ability to work effectively in a team.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving.
* A degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
