Site Manager
As the Site Manager you will oversee and manage in delivering Kitchen & Bathroom contracts within Social Housing. Previous experience with delivering K&B's is highly desirable.
Site Manager Key Responsibilities
* The Site Manager will manage the delivery of Kitchen & Bathrooms, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
* Oversee K&B refurbishments
* Act as the primary point of contact for the client
* Conduct site inspections, and client meetings to maintain service levels
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in Site Management within construction or social housing
