Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Executive role based in Newmains, Lanarkshire. The Sales Executive will handle customer inquiries, manage sales processes, and build long‑lasting client relationships. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, providing tailored commercial vehicle solutions, negotiating deals, assisting with financing options, and ensuring customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals, plus exploring new business and company growth. The role emphasises achieving sales targets while maintaining the company's high‑standard customer service approach.
Qualifications
* Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
* Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
* Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
* Proficiency in basic computer skills and understanding of social media platforms
* Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset
* Previous experience in sales or the motor industry is highly advantageous
* Valid driver’s license
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team to achieve monthly goals

Full Time Role. Monday – Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm), every 2nd Saturday (8.30am – 12.30pm)
