Enterprise Sales Executive – RegTech / AML SaaS
Location: Hybrid (2 days per month in the office located in West Yorkshire)
Package: £75,000-£85,000 basic salary + 50% OTE (performance-based)
An established and fast-growing SaaS provider in the AML and compliance technology sector is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to drive both direct new business and partner-led growth. This is a strategic position with a balanced remit, comprising 50% enterprise sales and 50% partnership development.
The role will focus on building and managing long-term client and partner relationships within regulated industries including financial services, fintech, legal, and corporate sectors.
Key responsibilities
* Identify, engage, and secure new enterprise clients in regulated industries
* Deliver effective product presentations and demonstrations to senior decision-makers
* Develop and execute a partner acquisition and growth strategy, including resellers, channel partners, and consultancies
* Negotiate and close complex commercial agreements at C-suite level
* Build, manage, and accurately forecast a high-value sales pipeline
Candidate profile
* 5–7+ years’ experience in enterprise SaaS sales with proven expertise in AML, compliance, and or RegTech solutions (essential)
* Strong existing network within the AML and compliance technology ecosystem
* Demonstrable track record in both direct enterprise sales and partner/channel sales
* Ability to manage extended sales cycles within a consultative, solution-selling framework
* Commercially astute, results-driven, and able to operate both independently and collaboratively
