Site Manager – Civil Engineering & Build
Location: Central Belt, Scotland
Boyd Recruitment are currently recruiting a Site Manager on behalf of a well-established Civils Contractor with a strong presence across Scotland.
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to support the successful delivery of a variety of small civils projects – ranging from car park construction through to MOD refurbishments.
The Role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing site operations to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
Managing subcontractors and ensuring quality assurance (QA) standards are met
Maintaining accurate site records and producing detailed paperwork
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements
Requirements
SMSTS qualification
Proven experience in Civil Engineering and build projects
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure smooth site delivery
Location
Projects are primarily based across the Central Belt of Scotland.
