To carry out builders cleans after construction work complete, ensuring property is left in an excellent standard of cleanliness prior to handing over to client for allocation. Other aspects of work after the above have been exhausted are: To carry out all labouring work necessary to assist other trades to carry out their duties. To remove carpet, vinyl, laminated flooring and other floor coverings complete with underlay, screwed metal door and jointing strips, etc ensuring minimum damage and disturbance to decoration and fittings and dispose of debris. To carry out all types of property, house and garden clear outs, etc. The Person Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines and respond positively when under pressure. Ability to work on your own with minimum supervision. Ability to carry out work to a high standard of work, good practice and customer care.
