We are recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to join our store team in College Street, Rotherham!
This is a full-time role, and flexibility with your working pattern will be essential.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for the cash office and checkout area, ensuring the highest standards of service for our customers.
You will also:
1. Drive your team to deliver personable, polite, and prompt service in the checkout area
2. Act as a role model, demonstrating exceptional service to our customers
3. Be highly visible and approachable to customers and colleagues
4. Coach colleagues to ensure they demonstrate the appropriate skills and knowledge in the checkout area
5. Ensure compliance with company stock control procedures within the appropriate timelines
6. Ensure company property, cash, and stock are secure at all times
7. Contribute to making our stores a fun and welcoming place to work!
About You
Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, focused, and driven team players with a passion for retail and delivering great service!
Essential requirements:
1. Experience managing a small to medium-sized team in a fast-paced retail environment
2. Strong numerical and problem-solving skills
3. A flexible approach and a ‘can do’ attitude
4. The ability to think on your feet
