An established and highly regarded independent recruitment consultancy is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Recruitment Director to lead and grow its permanent recruitment offering within the Professional Services sector.

Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Relationship Management
* Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships within the Professional Services market
* Act as a trusted advisor, delivering a consultative and insight-led recruitment service
* Build strong face-to-face relationships across key regional clients
Business Development & Revenue Growth
* Drive new business acquisition across permanent recruitment solutions
* Grow and maximise existing client accounts, including retained and exclusive assignments
* Lead high-value, strategic recruitment projects and partnerships
Permanent Recruitment Strategy
* Take ownership of the recruitment division and its continued growth
* Deliver tailored recruitment solutions aligned to client needs
* Promote retained and project-based recruitment models where appropriate
Strategic Contribution
* Provide market intelligence, salary insights, and hiring trends
* Contribute to wider commercial strategy and business growth planning
* Support continuous improvement of client experience and service delivery
Experience
* Proven background in recruitment, with a strong focus on professional servioces and office based roles
* Demonstrable success in winning and developing new business
* Strong experience managing senior client relationships
* Commercially astute with a strategic, growth-focused mindset
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the Thames Valley
