Job Vacancy: School HR Officer
Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing all aspects of HR administration within the school, including recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
* Managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and school policies.
* Collaborating with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the school's objectives.
* Providing guidance and support to staff on HR-related matters, including performance management and disciplinary procedures.
* Maintaining accurate HR records and systems, ensuring confidentiality and data protection compliance.
* Contributing to the creation and review of HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in HR administration, preferably within an educational setting.
* Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff at all levels.
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* CIPD qualification or equivalent HR-related certification is desirable.
