Job: new build multi storey car park
Location: Bridlington, then covering Yorkshire
Are you an experienced Site Manager or Senior Site Manager looking for your next challenge? Were seeking a driven individual for an exciting new build multi:storey car park project in Bridlington.
Commencing at the beginning of June 2025 and set to run until February 2026, this project boasts a significant and fascinating array of civils elements as well as build. Youll be overseeing extensive earthworks, piling, retaining walls, and even a beck diversion, so experience in this is essential.
After the project ends, there will be more work in East Midlands, Yorkshire and NE Lincs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee all on:site activities to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
* Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Coordinate with sub:contractors, suppliers, and the client.
* Manage project resources, including labour, materials, and equipment.
* Maintain accurate site records and progress reports.
* Proactively identify and resolve any on:site issues.
What were looking for:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager on significant civil engineering and build projects.
* Strong understanding of complex civils elements, including earthworks, piling, and retaining walls.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem:solving skills.
* A commitment to health and safety best practices.
* Relevant qualifications and certifications (e.g., SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS).
