Job Title: Duty Manager | Location: Brockworth
Job Type: Permanent, Full time | Salary: £13.50 per hour
As a Duty Manager, you are proactive, approachable, calm, and decisive. You value growth potential, the impact on people's lives, and supporting and developing your team.
You are proactive, work on your own initiative, foresee issues, cope under pressure, ensure smooth shifts, motivate your team, and handle difficult conversations when needed. You will have a fixed rota to ensure work-life balance and opportunities for progression within the organization.

As our next Duty Manager, you’ll ensure the safety, cleanliness, and accessibility of our centre, meet its objectives, and serve as a caring role model who listens to team concerns.
The Key Requirements…
* 3 months of management/supervisory experience in leisure or a service-based setting
* Confidence in basic IT software - Google Docs/Sheets or equivalent
* For centres with a pool - the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or ability to achieve this with Halo's support
Joining Halo Leisure, you’ll learn new management skills, undertake a funded Level 3 Duty Manager qualification if desired, specialize in an area, work at different sites, and contribute to the organization’s success.
You will be a key driver of the centre’s success and benefit from a sector-leading induction and ongoing training program.
