Site Manager - £34,000 Per Annum
Play a pivotal role in leading a skilled Soft FM team at Newark General Hospital. Delivering high quality, responsive services that meet patient, client and business expectations while driving value, compliance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the day to day delivery of all soft services, ensuring high standards and a great customer experience
* Drive efficiency and continuous improvement to meet performance and budget targets
* Inspire, manage and develop teams, overseeing rotas, absence, performance reviews and training
* Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety legislation
* Manage service quality, audits and KPIs, resolving issues and driving improvements
* Identify and manage operational risks, supporting business continuity and emergency planning
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support service excellence
* Produce clear, accurate reports and maintain compliance documentation using CAFM and MS Office
Essential Experience & Skills
* Proven experience managing soft services within a facilities or hospitality environment
* Strong leadership and people management capability
* Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations
* Experience managing budgets and delivering operational efficiencies
* Confident user of MS Office and CAFM systems
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable
* Experience managing senior third party relationships
* Retail or facilities management background
* IOSH (or equivalent) qualification
