A well-established main contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver a portfolio of refurbishment and build projects across the East and West Central Belt of Scotland. This role is ideal for a Site Manager who is confident running projects from pre-start through to handover, managing multiple trades, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and programme delivery. The Role * Manage site operations on projects typically valued between £2m – £5m * Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour on live sites * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification * Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, quality control, and site housekeeping * Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal commercial teams * Use digital systems for site reporting, document control, and programmes Requirements * Proven experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor * Strong background in refurbishment and fit-out projects * Experience delivering projects in the £2m – £5m range * SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), First Aid * IT literate – comfortable with tablets, reporting software, and digital drawings * Strong leadership and communication skills What’s on Offer * Competitive salary of £58,000 – £65,000 * Secure pipeline of work across Scotland * Opportunity to work with...
