As a Junior Sales Advisor, you’ll build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that deliver real value.
* Key Responsibilities
Engage with new and existing customers to promote our products and services
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell solutions that meet client needs
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions using CRM systems
Support senior sales staff with client proposals and follow-ups
Work closely with marketing and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience

Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A team player who enjoys hitting targets and celebrating success
Previous sales or customer service experience (desirable but not essential)
