Location: Office-Based (Full-Time) Industry: Renewable Energy – Solar Reporting To: Managing Director About the Role We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background working within a Renewable Energy EPC contractor, ideally with significant exposure to utility-scale solar projects. This is a fully office-based position requiring a commercially aware HR professional who understands the pace, structure and operational demands of solar project delivery, along with the importance of structured internal recruitment in supporting multi-site EPC programmes. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and developing the company’s HR function while leading the recruitment of key project delivery personnel across multiple live and upcoming solar developments. Role & Responsibilities You will take overall responsibility for HR leadership and compliance across the business, ensuring full alignment with UK employment legislation and industry standards. This will include managing contracts, onboarding and offboarding processes, employee documentation, Right to Work compliance, and maintaining robust personnel records.
