Role Summary:
Pareto is currently partnered with an assistive technology company based in Bristol looking to hire a Sales Executive. You play a key role in driving revenue growth through proactive outreach, lead generation, and effective pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own revenue generating activities consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
* Conduct proactive outreach activities such as direct calling, social media and email campaigns, to generate new business opportunities.
* Track and manage sales opportunities through each stage of the sales cycle, ensuring timely and effective progression.
* Partner with the wider Sales, Marketing and Product Teams to share learnings and work together to develop our offering and success in B2B.
* Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
What we are looking for:
* Proven experience opening and closing mid-market B2B sales opportunities
* Demonstrated success in driving revenue outcomes through effective sales strategies
* Experience with CRM systems (e.g HubSpot)
* Active listening and problem-solving abilities
* Effective negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
* Strategic mindset with the proven ability to identify opportunities, develop tailored
* Ability to quickly build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
* Keen to learn, develop and open to feedback
