Site Manager – Civils / Groundworks 📍 Nottingham 📅 Start: Mid-February ⏱ Duration: 7 Weeks We’re recruiting on behalf of a reputable contractor for an experienced Site Manager to oversee civils and groundworks works on a project based in Nottingham. This is a short-term role, ideal for a Site Manager who can hit the ground running and confidently manage groundworks packages from day one. Role Responsibilities: * Managing day-to-day site operations for civils / groundworks works * Overseeing subcontractors and direct labour * Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to spec * Coordinating with the client, engineers, and suppliers * Maintaining site paperwork, RAMS, and progress reports * Enforcing health & safety standards at all times Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Manager within civils / groundworks * Strong knowledge of drainage, foundations, and general civils works * SMSTS * CSCS card * First Aid at Work * Ability to manage programme and labour effectively This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Approach Personnel Ltd that is operating as an employment business.
