An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the London Academy of Excellence (LAE) as a Catering Manager.
LAE is a sixth form school for scholars of all backgrounds, cultures, and experiences. We are looking for a Catering Manager / Chef who produces high-quality, exciting, innovative, nutritious meals for LAE staff and students.
The successful candidate will join the sixth form to lead the catering team, provide outstanding service, and create and serve a fresh, exciting, and nutritious menu within budget and to a high standard. We ask that the ideal candidate has experience leading a catering facility and holds appropriate qualifications to support their application.
In 2026, the LAE will move into brand new school premises, on the same street. Facilities include a modern, extensive, and high-quality catering kitchen and will allow for a significant increase in catering services. The LAE Catering Manager will be responsible for upscaling the in-house catering services to meet the needs of additional students.
