Job Summary
This role focuses on deploying, developing, monitoring, and managing the Quality framework, policy, and processes in line with the overall Quality strategy.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Implement Survitec quality procedures across allocated sites, ensuring compliance with legislation, regulations, and company guidelines. Maintain documentation of quality approvals, procedures, and accreditations.
* Communicate quality procedures to all relevant regional teams, ensuring understanding of responsibilities supporting Survitec QHSE processes.
* Manage operational and technical audits according to the audit calendar.
* Participate in investigations of quality issues, non-conformances, and complaints, ensuring proper documentation, reporting, and escalation. Follow up on supplier CAPA and improvement actions.
* Contribute to statistical analyses to support improvement recommendations.
* Advise business leaders and senior management on compliance issues and supplier quality development needs.
* Foster an environment aligned with Survitec Values, promoting safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
* Ensure a safe and healthy working environment and develop personal capabilities through ongoing education, training, and professional accreditation.

Experience and Qualifications
* University degree or higher.
* 3-6 years of relevant experience, with some management exposure preferred.
* Experience with QMS standards such as AS9100, ISO9001.
* Proficient in English (verbal and written).
* Certified Auditor capable of leading internal and supplier audits.
