CPCS/NPORS Slinger/Signaller certification (or equivalent recognised qualification).
Knowledge of lifting operations, load weights, and safe working loads.
Good communication skills (verbal, hand signals, and radio).
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
Ability to work under pressure and in varying site conditions.
