Founded in 1986, it operates in over 40 countries with offices in the UK and Los Angeles, representing major Hollywood studios and thousands of rights holders globally.
Description
* Make high‑volume outbound sales calls to generate new business from small businesses.
* Build quick, compelling business cases and manage stakeholders through the sales cycle.
* Secure public performance licences by educating businesses on compliance requirements.
* Collaborate with marketing, sales operations and enablement to improve conversion and ensure a smooth buyer journey.
* Take initiative in shaping processes as we scale and provide feedback to improve systems.
Profile
* Strong communicator with resilience, persistence and a positive attitude.
* Comfortable with high‑volume outbound activity and able to bounce back from rejection.
* Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and make quick decisions.
* Enjoys team collaboration and a fast‑paced scale‑up culture.
* Cold‑calling or sales experience useful but not essential.
* Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Outreach or Gong is a bonus.
Job Offer
* Hybrid working – 2 days/week in the Eastbourne office
* Salary – £25‑30k base – circa £69k OTE – uncapped commission structure
